Property Identities

Bespoke visual identities for properties around the DMV

A selection of building identity systems developed at Transwestern, each shaped by the property’s character, positioning, and audience. Created in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

  • 409 12th Street SW

    SOUTHWEST DC

For 409 12th Street, a Class A office building near DC’s Waterfront, I developed a bold, approachable identity in partnership with The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. The branding emphasizes turnkey suites and a strong conference amenity, tailored to modern users in The Wharf area. Bright colors and custom pieces—including gift card-style tour materials—help position the building as both polished and inviting.

  • 1055 Thomas Jefferson

    2900 K Street NW

    GEORGETOWN DC

At 2900 K Street, a Class A office in Georgetown, the branding highlights a rare user opportunity in a traditionally limited market. I created a comprehensive campaign including a full brochure, targeted email outreach, and tailored one-pagers for embassies, corporate HQs, and universities. The messaging focuses on its proximity to nearby institutions and cultural destinations, positioning it as a strategic and distinctive location.

1055 Thomas Jefferson Street NW

GEORGETOWN DC

For 1055 Thomas Jefferson Street, located along the canal in a retail-heavy waterfront setting, I developed a more playful identity. The branding targets a high-traffic, pedestrian audience, with leasing materials designed to stand out at street level. Signage and visuals reflect the energy of the surrounding retail and dining environment.

  • 3160 Fairview Park Drive

    FALLS CHURCH VA

At 3160 Fairview Park Drive in Falls Church, I created an identity that balances an energetic tone with its natural surroundings. The branding incorporates a green-forward palette that ties into the landscape and nearby trails, while remaining fresh and engaging. Materials highlight the office park setting and proximity to a hotel, positioning it as vibrant and well-connected.

  • 112 South West Street

    ALEXANDRIA VA

For 112 South West Street, a rare for-sale opportunity in Old Town Alexandria, I created an identity that reflects the building’s historic character. The design draws on traditional elements to align with the surrounding architecture. Materials feel timeless and refined, appealing to buyers seeking a distinctive presence.
